Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under the GDPR. The site is operated privately by Islam Gamal and is an independent community hub — it is not operated by n8n GmbH.
1. Controller

2. Data we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, message content and browser user-agent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — answering your request.
Newsletter: your email address, the language and page you subscribed from. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, withdrawable at any time.
Analytics: aggregated, non-identifying page events (event name, path, locale, user-agent). No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles, no third-party ad cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR via the cookie banner.
Server logs: our hosting provider stores technical request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary local storage holds your language choice and your cookie-consent answer. Analytics events are only recorded after you accept them in the banner; you can withdraw consent by clearing site data in your browser.
4. Processors and third parties
Hosting and database: Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure, EU/US regions) under a data-processing agreement. Email delivery is used only for messages you trigger yourself (newsletter confirmation, contact reply).
Outbound links to n8n.io, community.n8n.io, docs.n8n.io, GitHub, LinkedIn and YouTube are third-party sites with their own policies. Some n8n links are affiliate links: if you sign up through them we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
5. Retention
Contact messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics events: up to 14 months in aggregated form.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), plus the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send any request to the contact address above; we respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Database access is protected by row-level security policies so submitted data is readable only by the site owner. Passwords are never collected by this site.
